Hi Jazzmoe,

COPD may cause swelling the lymph nodes but as the doctor suggested to recheck with a lung specialist in few months. Swelling of the lymph nodes can be the result of several conditions such as viral or bacterial infections locally or another distant organ. Lymph node swelling can also be caused by injury or trauma to the localized region of the swollen glands.

So I suggest you follow up on this matter with a lung specialist. Take care.
