i am 21 years old and suffered from acute bronchitis from my childhood days but it never bugged me until i started running in 2016 to build stamina and to get healthy overall but each day running kept getting difficult . it reached to a point where i couldn't even walk without getting out of breath ( my rotahaler stopped working) . it was after that i was diagnosed with copd. life has been hard till then . i feel good during summers and pathetic during winter (always hard to breathe during cold days) . i want to excercise with bodyweight training ( i prefer freeletics)
i want to ask if its still possible for me to get in shape? is it safe to workout heavy ? will it get better with time ( i mean getting out of breath
while exercising) . i am too afraid of getting out of breath excercise has become a nightmare any form of advice will be very helpful

Hi Himanshu, it's great to meet you. I am sorry I didn't see your message earlier. I am sorry to hear you have been through so much. I am wondering if have sat down and had a talk with your doctor about this. They might have some answers for you, and some advice as well. It's always a good idea to have take action based on your doctor's advice. Also, your doctor might be able to refer you to someone who can help you with this. I hope you will keep in touch and let us know how you're doing.
